Mayor of Tacoma, Brian Ebersolerecognized Dr. Hong as an Honorary Citizen for his contribution to the promotion of culture and world peace.

Proclamation of the “Tai Ji Men Qigong Academy Day,” Washington D.C.

Mayor Anthony A. Williams of the District of Columbia proclaimed March 22, 2000 as the “Tai Ji Men Qigong Academy Day” in Washington, D.C. and praised Tai Ji Men as International Ambassador of Goodwill and Peace. A representative of the Mayor presented the proclamation to Dr. Hong.

Recognized as an Honorary Citizen, City of Monterey Park

The Mayor of the City of Monterey Park presented Dr. Hong with “Key of the City” and “Honorary Citizen of the City of Monterey Park” in recognition of his goodwill and fostering cultural awareness.

The Mayor of Honolulu issued Award of Merit to Dr. Hong, recognizing him as an honorary citizen of Honolulu for his outstanding contributions to cultural goodwill and understanding and his dedication to social harmony throughout the world.

The Mayor of the City and County of Honolulu proclaimed September 16, 2001 as Tai Ji Men Qigong Academy and Dr. Hong Tao-Tze Day, in recognition of Dr. Hong and Tai Ji Men’s contributions to advancing cultural exchanges and harmony among nations.

Mr. Bill Jones, California Secretary of State, awarded Dr. Hong a special certificate for his visit and efforts in leading "Love of the World, Cultural Goodwill Group of Peace" to promote traditional culture and improve people’s physical and mental health.
