As the year draws to a close, many of us take a moment to reflect on the journey we’ve traveled; wearing different hats for various roles life throws at us. Whether it is facing challenges or celebrating victories, the passage of time brings us together for moments of gratitude. On Nov. 11th, 2023, over a hundred individuals gathered at the Tai Ji Men Qigong Academy in Santa Clara, located at 5155 Stevens Creek Blvd, Suite 105, Santa Clara, CA 95051, to celebrate Thanksgiving—a feast overflowing with love, laughter, and joy.

Embracing Life at Tai Ji Men Qigong Academy
The Thanksgiving celebration at Tai Ji Men Qigong Academy in Santa Clara wasn’t just about indulging in a delightful feast. It was a gathering of individuals who share the practice of qigong, coming together to appreciate life’s blessings and cultivate a sense of well-being.

Mr. Huang, at the age of 67, proudly shared that consistent practice of Tai Ji Men Qigong has maintained his blood pressure at a normal level, successfully breaking free from the looming threat of hereditary hypertension.
















Sharing Tips for Health and Growth
Amidst the festivities, members of Tai Ji Men also took the opportunity to share their insights on maintaining health through qigong exercises. Selina, a member who immigrated to the United States two years ago and joined Tai Ji Men on a colleague’s recommendation, shared her transformative journey. After a year of dedicated practice, Selina noticed improvements in her sleep patterns and the disappearance of a chronic issue with dry lips. Moreover, she learned valuable techniques to remain calm during unexpected challenges by taking deep breaths and reminding herself not to succumb to tension.

Evelyn Ha and Sophia Hsu, members of Tai Ji Men, graced the event with a heartfelt musical performance.













Mr. Huang, celebrated 43 years of marriage, expressed gratitude for his wife, attributing their harmonious relationship to the practice of Tai Ji Men Qigong. Engaging in Tai Ji Men qigong practices, cultivating themself, acquiring wisdom, and adjusting their temperament, they have experienced a harmonious family life without a single argument for the past 32 years, filled with continuous happiness and joy. Despite a family history of hypertension affecting his father, mother, grandfather and other family members, Mr. Huang, at the age of 67, proudly shared, that consistent practice has maintained his blood pressure at a normal level, successfully breaking free from the threat of hereditary hypertension.

Both adults and children passionately created unique turkey necklaces and handprint rooster crowns, adding a creative touch to the upcoming Thanksgiving celebrations.















Harmony Through Music: Thankful Heart
Evelyn Ha and Sophia Hsu, members of Tai Ji Men, graced the event with a heartfelt musical performance. Playing the flute and violin, they beautifully rendered the song "Thankful Heart," expressing gratitude for the teachings, companionship, and support they’ve received from their parents, family, and fellow Tai Ji Men members.

Crafting Thanksgiving Memories
As a part of the festivities, Tai Ji Men members engaged in a Thanksgiving craft activity. Both adults and children created unique turkey necklaces and handprint rooster crowns, adding a creative touch to the upcoming Thanksgiving celebrations. As the Tai Ji Men Qigong Academy members look back on a year marked by gratitude and wellness, the Thanksgiving feast served not only as a celebration of the past but as an anticipation of a future filled with joy, health, and continued growth.
