CiCi is an architectural designer and Harvard graduate. Since childhood, she struggled with severe allergies, dealing with a blocked nose, frequent sneezing, and eczema, which undermined her confidence and made everyday activities challenging. Traditional treatments offered little relief, but at age 13, her mother introduced her to Tai Ji Men. The qigong practice transformed her health, clearing her skin and alleviating her nasal congestion, while also boosting her immunity and allowing her body to heal naturally. With better health, a calmer mind, and a more cheerful heart, CiCi excelled in school, earning admission to USC and later pursuing further studies at Harvard.

During an architectural internship in Japan, CiCi developed rheumatoid arthritis due to the physical demands of her work. She intensified her qigong practice, which gradually allowed her to stop using painkillers and eventually eliminate the pain entirely. Her transformation extended beyond physical health, as she gained wisdom and emotional intelligence through her practice. Recognizing that these qualities are more valuable than academic achievements alone, she introduced her children to Tai Ji Men Qigong from a young age, ensuring they too benefit from its profound impact on life.
