Before practicing Tai Ji Men Qigong, I suffered from migraines, painful periods, and high stress due to work and my personality. In the past two years, my quality of life was significantly affected by constant headaches and menstrual cramps, and I often looked pale. However, after just four weeks of practicing Tai Ji Men Qigong, I was amazed to see most of these issues improve! Not only did my physical health get better, but I also experienced a wonderful shift in my mindset. I used to be attached to many things, but I’ve begun to understand the root of my problems and learned to let go, think positively, and move towards a balanced mind, body, and spirit. I’m deeply grateful to my shifu, Dr. Hong, and my fellow Tai Ji Men practitioners for creating such a supportive environment. I will cherish it!
