Before joining Tai Ji Men, I was going through a low point in my life—feeling lost after graduating, struggling to find a job, and being deceived due to my gullibility. These experiences left me physically and mentally drained, with doubt, anger, and regret weighing on my mind. However, since joining Tai Ji Men, the eczema that flared up every month has long subsided, and the chronic lower back pain that used to bother me after long periods of sitting has eased, leaving me feeling more flexible and relaxed. I used to feel drowsy in the afternoons and had trouble focusing on my studies and work, but now I stay energized throughout the entire day. As my health improved, so did my mood, and I’ve gained a refreshed mental outlook. I feel incredibly fortunate to learn true kung fu from my Shifu, Dr. Hong, the leader of Tai Ji Men.
