These years, that girl

Long time ago, a boy promised a girl he would make her happy and they would have a church wedding in which she would wear a white wedding gown with a bouquet of flowers. He would hold her hand tightly and take the best care of her all life. The girl blushed and did not answer.

After a serious car accident, the boy could not hear "Yes I do" from the girl in the church any more. The wind sobbed in the funeral. Flowers and blessing were replaced with tears and chanting sutras. Instead of wearing a white wedding gown, the girl was in black. The face that once was familiar to her has become black-and-white picture after picture on the wall. The girl finally realized that not every life story has a happy ending.

It deeply pained the girl that the boy was badly injured and walked into the darkness alone and lonely. One day, she made a vow to the Buddha, she promised that she would keep on improving herself and do more good deeds in order to stop him from suffering in the life after.

However, she could not snap out of sadness. She trembled with regret and was oeverwhelmed by the pain. Then came the rage which tortured her. She seemed to be trapped in Hell. To save herself from spiritual torment, the girl turned to religion for solace. She kept visiting various Buddhist temples. However, there was only brief peace. Her torture was still there.

One day, the girl came to Tai Ji Men Energy family and noticed that people there were happy and cheerful. Their readiant smiles melted her gradually. Brothers in Tai Ji Men Energy family shared with her a concept that human consciousness can change something inwater crystals. They also told her that long-term negative emotions could make people sick. To love ourselves more is to love our families. When she thought about his grieving mother who fainted next to the coffin and her family who have been caring about her, she could not help crying.

Wiping the tears on her face, she decided to follow brothers and sisters in Tai Ji Men. She determined to keep fit by practicing Tai Ji Men qigong joyfully, elevate her spirit by doing more good deeds such as helping those in need to lead herself a meaningful life.

Instead of focusing on herself only, she opned her heard, saw her family who has been caring her these days and understood that there are some other things important in life. She realized that the Lord still loves her.

The girl transformed physically and mentally after practicing Tai Ji Men qigong. She had acne all over her face before. Now, she has wonderful complexion. What’s more, she has broadened her heart by learning from her Shifu’s love for the world. Tai Ji Men was invited to perform in celebration of National Day in 2010. She improved her poor dancing skill and performed well in front of heads of state, ambassadors, and distinguished guests. During the performance, she shared her big love with all peoples and the world.

With love from Shifu, Shimu, and brothers and sisters, the girl who once saw herown tragedy learn to feel pains and suffering of her elderly family members from heart. She keeps what Shifu toagut in mind to take well care parents in time and don’t wait until it is too late. Thus, she invited her mother and sisters to practice Tai Ji Men qigong to keep fit.

Her mother used to lament of her physical afflictions. After practicing Tai J Men qigong, however, her mother had energy to go to school and shared with her how happy it is to get full marks in the test.

Echoing the activity of writing an article with a good heart, she wrote a life story of her grandfather who was confined to bed and complained about everything, including his life. The story was published on the website. Her grandfather read and said with tears,"The article touched the bottom of my heart. I know from this story that I had a great life and should live with no regrets. I really have to thank God. "The girl was touched and surprised at the change of her grandfather. Shifu keeps reminding us that doing something good or writing something encouraging can save a life and a kind heart makes a good and happy life. What he says is ture. To save a life is to save one’s heart first.

Several years pass, the girl transforms and grows in wisdom. One day, she found a draw she picked up in a grand temple. It said that wholeheartedly swearing to the Buddha is sure to bring about good fortune in the future. Even iron could be transformed into gold.

Now she fully realizes what it means and let go of what had happen to her.
