The most suitable kungfu for students

Whenever asked "What's the benefit of practicing Tai Ji Men Qigong?", I know that it has been benefiting my life in many ways, especially in my school time. The practice transforms me. Many teenagers in our society are not able to face the problems in life and in school. They succumb to depression or commit suicide as the way out. By learning Qigong from my Shi-fu, I have mustered the strength and energy to transform the negative thoughts into positive attitudes in life.

Now, I am a happy and cheerful student. However, I would surely be one of the many people who suffer from depressions if it were not for Tai Ji Men Qigong. I used to complain and blame everyone else for the difficulties and obstacles I face. If I did not do well on the exam and other students did well, I would be unhappy for a long time. I would keep myself isolated and stay away from people. After learning and practicing Shifu's teaching of "transforming ideas", I am able to walk out and look at the bright sides. I keep practicing over and over again. Finally, I discovered that there is incredible freedom coming out of being able to transform. Now, I am able to accept my failures at school. I told myself that it means there is room for improvement whenever failures hit. With this positive attitude, I have faith and confidence to take on the next challenge and I am motivated to work harder. The results have been proof to me that it is the right attitude to success.

Further more, I share my experience with my classmates. Whenever my classmates are depressed, I will encourage them to look at the bright sides and to think positively and things may turn around. Good thoughts bring good things. My experience with positive attitudes not only benefits myself, but also helps friends around me. I wish everyone in the world will practice this attitude and transform himself into a man with wisdom. It will be nice to see the depressions disappear from our world.
