Dr. Hong, Tao-Tze, president of FOWPAL, presented the Compass Clock of Conscience to honored guests, including Sugeeshwara Gunaratna, Deputy Permanent Representative of Sri Lanka to the UN and Wisnique Panier, Minister Counsellor of Haiti to the UN.
