You're Invited to the Mid-Autumn Festival Celebration at Taijimen

2012-09-29

The Mid-Autumn Festival (also called the Full Moon Festival) is one of the three most important Chinese festivals. The moon is supposed to be the roundest and the brightest on this day of the year- August 15th on the lunar calendar. In the olden days, people would get together with family members and friends to have tea and moon cakes under the moon light. Legends of Chang-Er fairy flying to the moon and the Jade Rabbit grinding medicines would be passed down from generation to generation.

Please come join a special event at Taijimen to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival.
