Photo: Tai Ji Men shifu and dizi frequently participate in UN NGO meetings. Dr. Hong, Tao-Tze and then UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan have met several times. In 2000, Dr. Hong was awarded "The Certificate of Merit of the World Peace Art Exhibition," signed by Mr. Kofi Annan, in recognition of his outstanding contribution in promoting love and peace through culture and arts.

Photo: Leonel Fernandez, the president of the Dominican Republic, rang the Bell of World Peace and Love in 2005. In 2008, he indeed put his commitment to peace into action as he successfully mediated the crisis among Columbia, Ecuador, and Venezuela with wisdom, diffusing the conflict and averting a possible war.

Photo: Dr. Hong met with His Holiness Pope Benedict XVI in Vatican in June 2005. Dr. Hong congratulated the Pope for his new role and presented to His Holiness a mini-sized Tai Ji Men Celestial Drum, a symbol to inspire the hearts of the people of the world. Dr. Hong also presented to His Holiness the scroll of "Love of the World, A Declaration of Peace" and a book of wisdom entitled "Back to Origin," . It is a book of wisdom that has been presented to many heads of state. Dr. Hong shared with His Holiness, "No love, no peace. Peace needs love and love needs to be balanced."
