Tai Ji Men Qigong Academy in Cupertino and Santa Clara jointly hosted the "Love You, Love Me – A Lunar New Year Gathering" on the afternoon of February 16 at the Santa Clara Academy (5155 Stevens Creek Blvd., Santa Clara, CA 95051, USA). Embracing the festive spirit of the Lunar New Year, the event brought together distinguished guests and community members for an afternoon of relaxation, rejuvenation, and joyful connection. Blending traditional and modern culture, the gathering offered a rich cultural experience in the form of a warm and inviting afternoon tea. With over a hundred attendees, the celebration featured an auspicious lion dance and celestial officials bestowing blessings upon the guests. Everyone was wished great fortune in the Year of the Snake, along with health, wealth, wisdom, happiness, and joy.

Tai Ji Men disciple Jason Lu, on behalf of Zhang-men-ren of Tai Ji Men, Dr. Hong, Tao-Tze, delivered welcome remarks, stating: “The year 2025 brings both opportunities and challenges.
The organizer invited all guests to make the “conscience hand gesture” and participate in a one-minute prayer for world peace.
While external circumstances and daily life continue to evolve, what remains constant is our dedication to cultivating our hearts and moral character. Through good deeds and self-reflection, we align ourselves with positive energy, inviting divine blessings and good fortune. As global citizens standing at a new starting point, we must embrace transformation, renew our hearts, break free from bad habits, and unite with greater solidarity than ever before. An ancient saying reminds us, “Steady progress takes us far; diligence and perseverance pave the way.” In every field, let us cultivate a proactive and optimistic mindset, unite in wisdom, and harness the power of kindness to move forward with courage!”

A video was also presented, showcasing Dr. Hong and his disciples’ journeys across various countries in 2024 to spread love and peace. To date, the Bell of World Peace and Love has been rung by 611 influential leaders from 156 nations, including 76 heads of state and government and 15 Nobel Peace Prize laureates.
During the ceremony, the guests held lanterns, lighting their hearts to illuminate the world. Each act of kindness and blessing came together, bringing stability and hope to this turbulent era.
Their heartfelt wishes for love and peace serve as a powerful symbol of global commitment to sustainability, solidarity, and harmony.

In light of California’s recent record-breaking wildfires and growing global instability, the event invited distinguished guests to share heartfelt blessings and participate in a one-minute prayer for world peace. Holding conscience lanterns - symbolizing the light within - guests offered words of blessing to inspire kindness and positive energy, spreading warmth to themselves and those around them. Together, they wished for a year of prosperity, safety, and hope, lighting the lanterns to illuminate the world and bring stability in uncertain times.
