My Experience as a Tai Ji Men Dizi

When I first joined the Tai Ji Men Qigong Academy, I was immediately drawn to the warmth and kindness of the people I met. Their peaceful spirit and positive energy inspired me to learn more about the philosophy and practices of Tai Ji Men. I soon discovered how deeply beneficial this path would be for me—physically, mentally, and spiritually.

At the time I became a member, I had been diagnosed with diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and was experiencing a great deal of stress. After attending classes regularly and practicing what I was learning, I noticed a remarkable transformation. A few months later, during a routine doctor’s appointment and blood work, I was told that my sugar levels were normal—I no longer had diabetes.

Tai Ji Men Qigong Academy has truly become my sanctuary—a place of mental peace, good health, and spiritual renewal. Through Shifu’s teachings, I’ve learned the importance of balance, positive energy, and returning to my original heart.

As a Dizi, I now understand that this journey is about much more than health alone. It is a lifelong path of self-cultivation and harmony between body, mind, and spirit. We are encouraged to promote love, conscience, and universal brotherhood in our daily lives.

I am deeply grateful to Shifu and my fellow Dizi for their guidance and compassion. Tai Ji Men continues to help me grow, stay centered, and live with gratitude and purpose each day.
